As the General Manager, Rob is responsible for the overall performance of the franchise. His extensive formal management education and over 10 years of industry experience allow him to lead a culture focused on exceeding customer satisfaction and generating raving fans for PoolZenia. Rob is very proud to work with such driven people who share his ‘customer first’ vision of success.
Starting his career in residential pool service over a decade ago, Jesse quickly developed a passion for swimming pools and the industry as a whole. Continued industry-specific education and field experience in service and building has given him the ability to train and guide other aspiring pool professionals while continuing to learn and grow each day.
Serves as liaison between clients and the operation. With PoolZenia he is able to work with a like-minded and forward-thinking diverse team of people who seek to constantly improve and serve clients to their best ability. When he is not working, which is a seldom occurrence, he enjoys short walks to nearby restaurants, playing basketball, weightlifting, reading, writing and spending time with his family.
Giuseppe Di Chiara
Responsible for Franchise Development and commercial accounts such as Condos, Resorts and Municipalities. He has 10 years of experience as an account manager of an online advertising/marketing website and 3 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. He excels at meeting client’s needs while developing strong relationships with them.
She brings an extensive background in customer service and prides herself in serving clients' needs. Dakota has already proved to be a valued asset to the front line of our team as a Client Care Coordinator and has contributed to several projects to assist our franchising efforts.
